Escapade Champenoise - Préparez votre séjour en Champagne dans la Région de Reims
In the town of Arcis le Ponsart, 30 kilometres from Reims, in a small valley of the Tardenois region, discover the Igny Cistercian Abbey. Since 1929, nuns have been living in there. They are specialized in making chocolate, in particular the Champagne corks.
The products of their making as well as products which are made by other Cistercian monasteries, are on sale at the abbey which deserves to be visited.
