Everyone knows the recipe to make a Charlotte dessert, but did you know that in Reims we replace the lady finger biscuits with pink biscuits? Share our pleasure – here’s our recipe:
Line the bottom and sides of the charlotte mould with biscuits briefly soaked in slightly diluted Marc de Champagne. Pour chocolate mousse into the middle.
Turn out of the mould after refrigerating for 3 hours and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
